Jen's yoga classes are like no other! You can tell that Jen puts a lot of time & thought into each class. Because of her small classes (6 people max) and many years of experience, she is able to identify and work with each student's needs in each class. She'll gracefully meet you where you are so you'll feel comfortable joining her classes as a new student or as an experienced one. Jen is warm, joyful, and skilled in her yoga craft. Each class with Jen is like a mini-retreat, and has become the best part of my week! She is always professional and well prepared, she shares encouragement and inspiration while challenging us to be kind to our bodies.
