Healing movement & breath in a small class setting

Latest Video (March 4th):

Are you interested in….

  • Moving with more ease in everyday life?

  • Supporting life-long joint health?

  • Increasing strength and balance?

  • Finding a supportive community of like-minded neighbors?

Then For the Joy Yoga classes are for you!

We meet in consistent pods each week that are made up of 5 to 6 yogis. Attendance is confirmed the day before class. Life happens and things come up, if there are less than 3 who can attend we skip and wait for the following week.

Our bodies are resilient! With purposeful movement, intentional breath and progressive loading we can customize our practice to elicit change. That is where my experience comes in, the more we move together, the more I can offer you a new lens to move from and assist you in challenging your personal habits, patterns and direct you to meaningful areas for you to focus to find your best results. Oh, and the accountability piece is good too!

What to expect: A fun flowing class infused with functional and meaningful body details to help you explore and learn more about yourself and how you move. It’s not about an outward shape, it’s about sensation and finding what your body needs. We laugh, rest well and work hard to bring about the change you are wanting.
