Jen Allbritton B.S, E-RYT 500 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor, 200-hour Yoga Medicine certified as well as has her 300-hour certification in yoga biomechanics, tissue adaptation, and injury pre/post-hab. She is a specialist in fascial flossing, somatic movement, emotion processing and stress release techniques, and much more.

What to expect: A fun flowing class infused with functional and meaningful body details to help you explore and learn more about yourself and how you move. It’s not about an outward shape, achieving an outcome, or competition, it’s about being curious about bodily sensations, and discovering what your body needs, and the somatic experience. We laugh, rest well and work hard to bring about the change and freedom of movement you desire
